SkinnyDip London Wishlist August 2020

During lockdown I have saved so much money, mostly from not buying clothes! This time has made me realise I don't need to buy so much stuff I don't really need. However, as I'm venturing out of the house a bit more now, I do want some new clothes to wear.

SkinnyDip is such a cute brand, I own so many items from there, in fact I have a post up on my blog of my SkinnyDip bag collection, and it's already grown since I posted it! I have to have some self control on there website because otherwise I'd be skint from everything on there.

Marie is one of my favourite Disney characters and this jumper would be great for wearing on a cooler summer day (it's not exactly a heatwave in the UK.) It would also transition into Autumn/Winter nicely.

With not leaving the house much in lockdown I've got used to not wearing much lockdown. However, since I've gone back to work I've been wearing more makeup and in need of a new makeup bag. I love holographic material and this has such a gorgeous design.

I have a very cosy vibe in my bedroom and can't get enough cushions. I love the print and the quirky style of this cushion.

Although parties are cancelled for while, (especially in greater Manchester where I live.)  This would be such a cute top to put away for a future occasion. Roll on summer 2021!

So as you can probably tell, I really, really like sequins. Only trouble is, you lose quite a lot of them on the dance floor on a night out. I think this will be another item that will sadly not get an outing until next summer. But it is so dreamy!

With wearing makeup more often, I need a full kit of brushes too. I love glitter so this kit looks perfect for me!

SkinnyDip London Bag Collection

Hi babes, welcome back to The Fashion Femme. So, pretty much everyone who knows me, knows how much I love the brand SkinnyDip London and their bags. So much so, I've started collecting them and I just keep buying them! They are seriously my babies and the cutest things I own. Here is my collection (so far, there's so many more I want to buy!) and why I love my favourite ones.

- Talk to the palm bag (£15)
This bag was on sale and I thought it would make the perfect addition to my summer wardrobe. The palm tree embroidery on the bag is so delicate and beautiful and I'm a sucker for anything with shimmery iridescent material!
- Mermaid shell cross body bag (£28)
Mermaids are basically my style icons, I wear a lot of mermaid style outfits comprised of sequins, holographics and crop tops. It's a real statement piece and one of the pieces I get the most complements on. However I sadly can't wear this out any more as the zip inside the bag is broken. Hopefully I will manage to fix it so I can start wearing it again!
- Holo bum bag (£18)
I bought this as a holiday bag right before I went on tour (read all about that in my previous post!) and it's definitely a must have for a holiday or a festival. You can easily store your phone, keys, money and ID without worrying losing or more likely, getting stolen, or more likely, drunkenly dropping them. Plus, it's the most gorgeous material, and your friends aren't gonna lose you!

- Rainbow cross body bag (£32)
If you've read this blog you'll probably know that I am obsessed with rainbows, not only because they are the symbol of lgbt pride, I just love bright colours, the more colours the better! This goes well with so many different outfits because it is multi-coloured.

The SkinnyDip logo printed on many of their products.

I can't wait to expand my collection (Maybe have a wishlist post on the way soon?!) Do you collect anything? Do you own anything from skinnydip? Tell me all about it!

Favourite Magical Bags and Accesories

I will admit I'm not big on Accesories, however I think a small few statement pieces really brighten up an outfit and help you to stand out. I thought in this blog post I would share with you my absolute favourite bags and Accesories that look really magical. So here they are....

- SKINNYDIP mermaid backpack

Okay, I'm a little obsessed with SKINNYDIP, as you will soon find out in this post. I couldn't resist this bag such a unique stand out piece that I've had so many compliments on. The colours on it are so pretty and it's the perfect backpack for summer days.

- Zara shoes
I found these shoes in the sale at Zara, they are super cute and smart. I'm really drawn to oxford flat type shoes, they work great for pretty much any occasion; formal wear, nights out, causal days and probably also work well for going to aldi to buy cereal and avocados. (not that I do that every day. okay I do I just said the night out stuff to sound cool..)

- Topshop unicorn necklace

I don't love jewellery that much, but I just thought this necklace was absolutely beautiful. Just so tiny and subtle. I am one of those people that will literally buy anything if you stick a unicorn on it, I will buy it. Even if it's tacky, I still will think it's cute.

- SKINNYDIP rainbow bag
Shockingly, another skinnydip item is featured here! This bag is my go to night out bag, despite the fact that half the time my passport gets all crinkled up and I struggle reaching for my lipgloss, It's still so cute and the bright colours are amazing. Plus it's gay as hell, so what more could you want.

Special mention goes to my unicorn bag from missguided, and my skinnydip (I know?? can you believe it?? shell bag. You guys are so cute but I couldn't write full paragraphs.

That's it for today, what are your favourite accesories? Any others you have your eye on at the moment? Let me know!
